Along the way, he’s trained his son, daughter, and a skilled team of engineers to uphold the same standards of excellence. Do not be fooled by Billy’s youth! From the age of 15, Billy has been on-site, alongside his dad, Trevor. Over the years, he has developed a wide range of expertise, enabling him to make short work of breakdowns and installations. Billy’s background includes commercial catering, maintenance, and repairs. Billy has a passion for his business and will not settle for anything but the best.
Jessica began her career as a gas engineer in 2009, training under Trevor before moving into the commercial catering sector. She later returned to the domestic field, working for BAXI as a service engineer, where she specialised in servicing and repairing boilers.Her experience with Potterton, Heatrae, and Baxi products makes her an invaluable resource for technical advice and support. While Jessica primarily focuses on behind-the-scenes operations, she’s always ready to step in on the tools during busy periods.
Ryan brings years of experience in electrical and gas engineering, with a focus on fault diagnosis and inspections. He has a knack for handling sensitive power systems, especially those found in holiday parks, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
James joined Fixed Heating in 2022 as an apprentice and quickly became an integral part of our team. With hands-on training from all our experienced technicians, James has developed a well-rounded understanding of heating systems. Specialising in the service and maintenance of holiday homes, James ensures your property stays warm and functional year-round!
Specialising in commercial electrics, Jack’s expertise shines in tackling large-scale installations. But he doesn’t stop there- Jack’s versatility means he’s just as skilled in residential projects. Ready to deliver quality results with precision, Jack’s a sparky you can count on!
Sally is the backbone of our operations at Fixed Heating, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. With her attention to detail and excellent communication skills, she’s the go-to person for coordinating schedules, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the team behind the scenes. Sally’s efficiency and friendly approach make her an integral part of our success!
